We then run a series of exercises and workshops to help uncover what the ultimate goal of socialising the business is, what the KPIs are, how much education & empowerment will be needed and what all of the challenges may be to successfully completing a social transformation within the business.
We then develop, from our proven modular system, a bespoke strategy to achieve the agreed goals within the agreed timescale and how the business can move forward and meet all of the KPIs required. We do this in the most efficient and proven way, and with the minimum of risk and disruption to the business.

ii) Social selling

This can be delivered in classroom sessions for small groups, one 2 one senior coaching or via our e-learning programme which offers DLA Social selling certification to those who successfully complete the course. (the social selling certification elearning programme is currently under development).
Our social selling programme can be delivered as a stand-alone module or as part of a wider social transformation programme for organizations which are sales focused.
iii) Social Media management
Developed as a rapid-start programme for organizations which feel unable to commit headcount and other resources to managing their corporate social presence whilst it is still in its infancy (with low engagement and low follower-count) we use the most skilled social communicators to fast-track the corporate (and key employee) profiles.
